They are a great upgrade if bought in pairs, as sold here, to fit on earlier models without the need for modification for actual fitting, giving a real modern look.
(your caddy will need to already be able to command the powerfold function for it to work, or will need modification to add the function control - the mirrors will act as commanded by the vehicle)
